Privacy Policy
ADMT.ai is operated by Ctrl Deploy (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use admt.ai and how we handle it.
Information We Collect
Assessment data. When you run a compliance scan, we collect:
- The company URL you submit
- Your work email address (required to view the full report)
- An anonymous session identifier stored in a cookie so you can return to your assessment
AI-generated analysis. Our assessment agent uses Anthropic’s Claude models to analyze publicly available information about your company. The resulting report (decisions, findings, scores) is stored in our database and associated with your session.
Usage analytics. We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate page views, referral sources, browser type, and country. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors across sessions or sites.
Visitor intelligence. Apollo.io identifies companies visiting our site using IP-based reverse lookup. It does not identify individual visitors by name or collect personal information from your browser.
Bot verification. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse of the assessment tool. Turnstile does not use cookies or track users.
How We Use It
- To generate and deliver your ADMT compliance assessment
- To let you return to your assessment if you close the browser
- To follow up on your assessment with relevant guidance
- To understand aggregate site usage and improve the product
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
AI Processing
Your company URL and publicly available website content are sent to Anthropic’s API for analysis. We do not send your email address or personal information to AI providers. Anthropic’s API does not use inputs for model training. See Anthropic’s privacy policy for details.
Third-Party Services
- Anthropic — AI model provider for assessment analysis.
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics. GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant.
- Apollo.io — company-level visitor intelligence via IP-based reverse lookup.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot verification for the assessment form.
- Calendly — meeting scheduling. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and any information you provide.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie (anon_session_id) to associate you with your assessment so you can return to it later. This cookie contains a random identifier, expires after 30 days, and is not used for tracking or advertising. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookieless by design.
Data Retention
Assessment data is retained for up to 12 months to allow you to access your report. Contact information is retained only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. You may request deletion at any time.
Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email sanjay@ctrldeploy.com.
